thanks to CT Developer Studio's Graphical Script Writing
Interface. Incoming call data is logged in MS Access format,
allowing information to be used by your other MS Office utilities.

Voice Mail Features
The Voicemail Manager allows:
- Easy creation and deletion of voicemail boxes
- Screening/recording/deleting of greeting messages
- Screening/recording/deleting the messages left in the
voicemail box.
- Setting of forwarding telephone numbers and email addresses
There is an unlimited number of voice mailboxes supported.
Graphical System Designer
The Graphical Script Design Environment allows intuitive
design of the IVR system. Action Modules are dropped
on the screen, and then Paths between the modules are specified,
indicating which module the caller should be directed to depending
on what keys were pressed.
The sample script shows a sample after hours service management
system.
