Your Product Key will be instantly displayed when your order is complete. A copy of your product key will also be send to you by e-mail. Upgrade policy: minor updates (e.g. 4.0 to 4.1) are free. Users of previous versions (e.g. 3.0 to 4.0) are entitled for a discounted upgrade. If you purchased in 30 days before the new version was released, you are eligible for a free upgrade.

Delivery

Picture Caller ID, Call Corder, Advanced Call Center: your Product Key will be displayed immediately after you place your order. You will also receive a backup copy by e-mail.

CT Developer Studio: you will receive your license code by email in 48 hours.

CD-ROM orders: you have an option to order a CD for $9.95 extra. If you opt for a CD-ROM, your key will still be delivered to you at the time you order, and a CD will be mailed out next business day. Note: CD delivery may take up to 5-7 days to Canada and the US, and up to 1-3 weeks internationally.
